Tomato

Ingredients:

  • White bread : 2 slice toasted
  • Cauliflower florists : 2 nos(Par boiled)
  • Paneer : 2 cubes 1 inches square
  • Potato half(Boiled)
  • Tomato square 1 inches square : 2 nos
For Tandoori paste:
  • Hung curd : 50 gm
  • Salt as per taste
  • Ginger paste : 5 gm
  • Garlic paste : 5 gm
  • Red chill paste : 10 gm
  • Mustard oil : 1 tbs
  • Black salt : a pinch
  • Garam masala : a pinch
  • Kastoori methi powder : a pinch
  • Lemon juice : 1 tea spoon
  • Coriander leaf : 4
  • Onion rings : 4
  • Tomato rings : 4

Method:

For Tandoori Masala:
Take a bowl, mix all the spices in hung curd, mix well and then add vegetables in this paste and mix well.
Put vegetable on seekh and chargrilled in the tandoor.
When it's cooked, remove the vegetables from seekh and keep aside.
Cut these vegetables in small dices and add little lemon juice.
Cut toasted bread into triangular shape and topped with this mixture, and garnish with tomato slice, onion ring and coriander leaf.
