Ingredients:

  • Naan Dough
  • Cottage cheese grated : 20 gm
  • Mozzarella cheese grated : 20 gm
  • Cheddar cheese grated : 20 gm
  • Chopped jalapenos chopped : 1 tbs
  • Chopped spring onion chopped : 1 tbs
  • Chopped fresh green coriander : 1 tbs

For Kachumber Salad:

  • Dices of green cucumber : 25 gm
  • Dices of tomato : 25 gm
  • Dices of onion : 25 gm
  • Chopped fresh coriander : 5 gm
  • Chopped green chilly : 3 gm
  • Chopped mint 3 : gm
  • Salt as per taste
  • Roasted jeera powder : a pinch
  • Crushed black pepper : a pinch
  • Hung curd : 30 gm

Method:

Mix all three types of cheese in a bowl.
Add chopped jalapenos, spring onion, and chopped green coriander and stuff this mixture in naan dough and make a nice round naan.
Cook well till it becomes crispy.
Serve with kachumber salad.

For salad:

Mix all Salad Cutting with Hung Curd & add Roasted Jeera Powder, Mint, Salt, Black Pepper, Mint and Green Chills.
