Tandoori Naan Quesadilla With Kachumber Salad
Ingredients:
Naan Dough
Cottage cheese grated : 20 gm
Mozzarella cheese grated : 20 gm
Cheddar cheese grated : 20 gm
Chopped jalapenos chopped : 1 tbs
Chopped spring onion chopped : 1 tbs
Chopped fresh green coriander : 1 tbs
For Kachumber Salad:
Dices of green cucumber : 25 gm
Dices of tomato : 25 gm
Dices of onion : 25 gm
Chopped fresh coriander : 5 gm
Chopped green chilly : 3 gm
Chopped mint 3 : gm
Salt as per taste
Roasted jeera powder : a pinch
Crushed black pepper : a pinch
Hung curd : 30 gm
Method:
Mix all three types of cheese in a bowl.
Add chopped jalapenos, spring onion, and chopped green coriander and stuff this mixture in naan dough and make a nice round naan.
Cook well till it becomes crispy.
Serve with kachumber salad.
For salad:
Mix all Salad Cutting with Hung Curd & add Roasted Jeera Powder, Mint, Salt, Black Pepper, Mint and Green Chills.
