Tandoori Chicken Satay With Pudina Chutny
Ingredients:
Chicken breast boneless : 2
Satay sticks : 6
Hung curd : 50 gm
Salt as per taste
Ginger paste : 5 gm
Garlic paste : 5 gm
Red chill paste : 10 gm
Mustard oil : 1 tbs
Black salt : a pinch
Garam masala : a pinch
Kastoori methi powder : a pinch
Lemon juice : 1 tea spoon
Refined oil for grilling
Pudina chutney
Coriander sprig : 1
Onion rings 5 nos
Red chilly powder : a pinch
Lemon : 1
Method:
Cut chicken Brest into long finger size.
Soak bamboo satay sticks in cold water.
Mix all spices with hung curd in a bowl make nice paste.
Marinate the chicken in this paste and put chicken on sticks.
For red chilly onion:
Take onion rings add red chilly powder, lemon juice and salt .
Heat a non stick pan and add little oil drops on it for grilling the chicken.
Put chicken sticks in non stick pan and cook till its done.
Place in the plate and serve with mint dip and red chilly onion, garnish with fresh coriander sprig.
