Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken Brest : 2 Small size
  • Oil for grilling

For Coriander Pesto:

  • Fresh coriander leaf : 100 gm
  • Fresh garlic cloves : 5
  • Fresh green chilly : 5
  • Peanuts : 2 tbs
  • Olive oil : 60 ml
  • Salt as per taste
  • Lemon juice : 1 tea spoon
  • Mix all and make nice paste in mixer.

For Honey Mustard Mayo:

  • Mayonnaise : 3 Tbs
  • Honey : 2 tea spoon
  • Mustard paste : 1 tea spoon

Method:

Clean Chicken Brest and marinate in Coriander Pesto.
Keep Chicken in refrigerator for half an hour.
Heat pan and grill chicken till its cook well.
Cut in to slices and serve with honey mustard mayo.
