Ingredients:

  • Fresh Blanched Palak leaf : 100 gm
  • Fresh Blanched Fresh Methi Leaf : 80 gm
  • Boiled Mashed potato : 1
  • Grated Paneer : 60 gm
  • Corn flour : 1 tb spoon
  • Red Chilly powder : 1 Table spoon
  • Salt as per taste
  • Crushed black pepper : 1 table spoon
  • Jeera powder : 1 tea spoon
  • Dhaniya powder : 1 Pinch
  • Garam masala : 1 pinch
  • Fresh Chopped Green chilly : 1 tea spoon
  • Fresh chopped Green Coriander : 1 tea spoon
  • Oil : 2 table spoon for shallow frying

For Tomato Garlic Chutney:

  • Fresh red tomato seedless : 3 nos
  • Fresh garlic cloves : 4 nos
  • Red chili powder : a pinch
  • Ginger sticks Small size : 1
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil : 1 Table spoon

Method:

Boil spinach and Methi leaf in hot water.

Take out leaf from hot water and give ice Bath.

Keep side and when its cold then chopped.

Mix grated paneer, mashed potato and other Indian spices in it and little corn floor and make small tikki as per size.

Heat little oil in a pan and shallow fry.

For Tomato Garlic Chutney:

Heat little oil in a pan add garlic in it sauté well then red chilly powder and tomato cook well and grind in mixture make nice paste add salt and serve.
