• 150 gm potato boiled and peeled
  • 250 gm Himalayan trout (Fish)
  • 1 egg
  • 20 gm refined floor
  • Green chilly finely chopped
  • Turmeric 1 pinch
  • Salt as per taste
  • Crushed black pepper 5 gm
  • 1 finely chopped green chilly
  • Vegetable oil for shallow frying
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Small clove garlic
  • Half green chilly
  • Salt As per taste


Poach fish in water for 10 mints and then remove from water and keep aside.
Make flakes of fish. Grate the potatoes and mash with fish.
Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, chopped green chili, chopped coriander, turmeric, lemon juice and egg mix all material and make small cake (Tikki).
Dust both side with floor. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry cake till its golden color.
Peel apple and cut into dices. Add green chili and garlic on it and grind well & make nice smooth puree. Then add salt and lemon juice on it.
