INGREDIENTS:

Soft corn niblets : 100 gm

Roasted chana dal : 50 gm

Hung curd : 50 gm
-
Ginger : 5 gm
-
Green chillies : 5 gm
-
Cumin : 5 gm
-
Mawa : 5 gm
-
Salt to taste
-
Pure ghee desi for tempering
-
Oil for frying
METHOD:

Boil corn with salt, and then coarsely grind
-
Deseed green chilies and chop finely
-
Wash and clean ginger and chop finely
-
Grind roasted chana dal
-
Mix all the above ingredients along with hung curd.

Give a tempering of cumin seeds in pure ghee.

Mix thoroughly to form dough.
-
Divide dough into tikki portions and make a patty of each portion.
-
Deep fry in oil.
-
Serve hot along with mint chutney
