Ingredients:

  • 2 Chicken Brest : 160 gm
  • Roasted Cummin powder : 1 tea spoon
  • Lemon juice : 10 ml
  • Salt as per taste
  • Crushed black pepper : a pinch
  • Mustard paste : 1 tea spoon
  • Refined floor : 2 tbs
  • Corn flakes : 100 gm
  • White oats : 80 gm
  • Bread crumbs : 60 gm
  •  Almond Slice : 50 gm
  • Oil for frying
  • For garlic mayo dip
  • Egg less mayonnaise : 40 gm
  • Chopped garlic : 3 gm
  • Olive oil : 5 ml
  • Lemon juice : 1 tea spoon

Method:

Clean chicken breast and with the help of hammer beat the chicken breast and marinate with salt, crushed pepper, roasted cummin powder and lemon juice.
Keep chicken in refrigerator for 20 mins.
Make a nice thin paste with along with egg, refined floor, mustard paste and little salt and chilled water.
Take chicken from refrigerator and coat chicken breast in floor mixture.
Mix in a bowl corn flakes, oats, and bread crumbs & slice of almonds slice.
Spread mixture on table and coat chicken breast with this mixture.
Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken breast till its golden brown.
Serve hot with garlic mayo.
