• Refined Floor for Dough
  • Butter 20 gm
  • Dark chocolate 100 gm (Grated)
  • Almond 4 Pcs
  • Vanilla ice cream 1 scoop
  • Oil for frying
  • Mint leaf for garnish
  • Chocolate sauce for plating


Take Refined Floor in a bowl & melted butter on it & add warm water as required for making dough for samosa.
Make a round ball and roll it with help of rolling pin and cut into round shape. Make 4 round sheets with the help of round cutter.
With the help of Greater just great chocolate and slice the almonds mix together and make mixture.
Place sheet on working table fill chocolate mixture on it and top with second sheet.
With the help of fork just press sides. Heat oil and fry them.
When its color becomes golden brown then take out from oil and keep on oil paper on paper napkin.
Place in the plate and top with one scoop of vanilla ice cream and garnish with mint leaf.
