Ingredients:

  • Boiled grated potato : 100 gm
  • Poha : 80 gm
  • Salt as per taste
  • Dhaniya powder : 1 pich
  • Red chilly powder : 1 pinch
  • Roasted jeera powder : 1pinch
  • Gram masala : 1 pich
  • Bread Crumbs : 2 tb spoon
  • Egg : 1

For Stuffing:

  • Cheddar Cheese : 20 gm
  • Mozzarella Cheese : 20 gm
  • Chopped green Chilly : 1 tb spoon
  • Chopped fresh Coriander : 1 tb spoon

Method:

Take grated potato in a bowl mix with poha, dhaniya powder,  salt, red chilly powder, garam masala powder, jeera powder and little bread crumbs and makes a nice balls.
Then stuff cheese mixture in these balls and gives it to nice cutlet shape.
Beat one egg for egg wash for cutlet.
Dip cutlets in it and coat with poha.
Heat oil and deep fry or shallow fry.
Serve Hot with coconut chutney.
