Cheese Stuffed Potato And Poha Cutlets
Ingredients:
Boiled grated potato : 100 gm
Poha : 80 gm
Salt as per taste
Dhaniya powder : 1 pich
Red chilly powder : 1 pinch
Roasted jeera powder : 1pinch
Gram masala : 1 pich
Bread Crumbs : 2 tb spoon
Egg : 1
For Stuffing:
Cheddar Cheese : 20 gm
Mozzarella Cheese : 20 gm
Chopped green Chilly : 1 tb spoon
Chopped fresh Coriander : 1 tb spoon
Method:
Take grated potato in a bowl mix with poha, dhaniya powder, salt, red chilly powder, garam masala powder, jeera powder and little bread crumbs and makes a nice balls.
Then stuff cheese mixture in these balls and gives it to nice cutlet shape.
Beat one egg for egg wash for cutlet.
Dip cutlets in it and coat with poha.
Heat oil and deep fry or shallow fry.
Serve Hot with coconut chutney.
